Wednesday, March 17

Public Safety responded to a call of an Aramark employee stuck in an elevator inside Capital Hall. An elevator service company responded to the problem. The employee was stuck for 27 minutes.

Unlawful entry was reported inside Congressional Hall. Two female students reported that a male tried to enter their room through an interior window. The male yelled for "Josh" and the females told him a "Josh" did not live at their residence. The male apologized and quickly left.

An alcohol violation was reported near Reeves Gate. An AU student will be charged with alcohol consumption in a public place. Charges have not yet been filed but will be.

Thursday, March 18

Public Safety reported an incident outside of Anderson Hall. An AU student was standing outside of the Anderson Computing Lab. Individuals on an unknown floor threw a cup of beer onto the student below. They also threw a marker.

Housing and Dining Programs responded to a noise complaint inside Centennial Hall. Once Housing and Dining entered the room, a BB gun was seen in plain view. It was immediately confiscated.

Public Safety reported an illegally parked vehicle inside Centennial Garage. The owner was found to have a counterfeit parking permit.

A male AU student reported lost property inside Leonard Hall. After filing a report, the student found the item.

Saturday, March 20

An AU student was robbed at gunpoint near the trees between the rear of the Rockwood building and Rockwood Parkway. The student had just parked his vehicle and was walking onto campus when he was approached by two men. One of the suspects, who was holding a black handgun, took the student's wallet, and then hit him on the head just above his left eye. The two suspects then fled on foot through the trees and onto Rockwood Parkway.
