Saturday, Aug. 28

A female student needed a hospital transport from McDowell Hall.

An alcohol violation was reported from the Tunnel. A male student of legal drinking age was reported to have alcohol on campus.

Medical refusal was reported inside Letts Hall. A female student was reported to be unconscious, but when Public Safety responded she was coherent.

A stuck elevator was reported inside Capital Hall.

Sexual abuse was reported on Tenley campus. A male approached a female AU student from behind and reached up her skirt.

Disorderly conduct was reported in Mary Graydon Center. Three individuals were drinking alcohol in the television lounge. One individual had been previously barred from AU property.

A current student who was barred from University property at the start of the summer attempted to enter Anderson Hall.

Sunday, Aug. 29

A hospital transport was needed from inside McDowell Hall. The incident was reportedly related to the previous McDowell Hall incident on Aug. 28.

A power outage was reported inside Letts Hall. Anderson Hall also received some effects of this outage.

Monday, Aug. 30

Drug-selling activity was reported in Anderson Hall by Housing and Dining. Public Safety responded but found no physical evidence of drugs.

In the Letts-Anderson Quad, a student was found with a bottle rocket. No legal action was taken.

Damage to a vehicle was reported in the Nebraska Lot. Another car that was attempting to park or pull out of its space received minor scratches. The suspect vehicle was not identified.

A fire was reported on Centennial third floor. A male student left a pot full of water and butter boiling and started a small grease fire. The student suffered a minor burn injury on his hand and was treated at the Student Health Center.

Tuesday, Aug. 31

Medical assistance was needed outside the Washington College of Law. A female student fell when an AU shuttle bus driver made an abrupt stop. The student injured her knee.

A stuck elevator was reported inside Mary Graydon Center. A male student was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes.

Theft was reported from the Quad. A female student left her purse unattended on the Quad and then reported it stolen. The purse was later turned in to Public Safety.

A fire was reported in Centennial Hall. A student was baking and the contents of the pan spilled .

Wed. Sept. 1

A hospital transport was reported inside Hurst Hall. A student was found unconscious and was transported to Sibley Hospital.

A fire was reported in Centennial Hall. A student who was cooking failed to remove a sticker from the bottom of a pan and the sticker caught on fire.
