The Hit List

1. Jamie Bell, 'Undertow' The boy who played Billy Elliot chucks the ballet (pronounced "ballie") slippers out the window in David Gordon Green's raw, violent fable of bad blood and vengeance. The 18-year-old Bell emotes with the quiet fury of a young Brando, but without any trace of theatricality. "Undertow" opens Friday.

2. 'The Practice' reruns James Spader and William Shatner gave the lawyer show's last season much-needed pep, but relive the tabloid-ish drama of the early seasons on ABC late on Saturday nights. Check local listings for exact times.

3. Peter MacNicol A Sunday morning broadcast of "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" on the WB reminded us just how talented a comic performer MacNicol is. As the delightfully deranged tag-along Renfield to Leslie Nielsen's Dracula, MacNicol struts and frets through Mel Brooks' spoof as the ultimate fool. Also, see his eccentric work in "Ghostbusters II," shouting: "He is Viggo! You all are like flies to him!"

4. 'Mystery Science Theater 3000' on DVD Available in five volumes with four feature-length episodes on each, this collection of the largely underrated cult favorite is even more hilarious than the series with outtakes, extended versions of movies and a fun activities wheel on the front of the box set. Where else can you see Raul Julia's brain transferred into a baboons body?

5. 'The Incredibles' Pixar Animation Studio's latest film is so good it meets even the highest expectations. It follows the story of a retired superhero's super-powered family. The film follows Pixar's unprecedented string of hits, most recently with "Finding Nemo." With top-notch computer animation and an excellent story, "The Incredibles" is sure to be another smash hit.
