Event: The 39th Annual Smithsonian Kite Festival - A Sky Fantasy Rain date: Sunday, April 3, 2005 Time: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., National Mall Go fly a kite, watch traditional "Rokkaku" kite fighting, or see the hundreds of homemade kites competing for prizes. Film: "A Foreign Affair: Hollywood Goes to Berlin" 6:30 p.m., Goethe-Institut 812 Seventh Street, NW Watch a comedy that the U.S. Office of War Information intended to be anti-Nazi propaganda.
