Ladner's "optimism"... After it was announced that AU President Ladner would be suspended pending the Board of Trustee's investigation of his alleged misuse of AU funds, we're glad to hear he thinks everything will be a-OK.
AU goes up one notch on US News & World Report's College Rankings ... It's nice to see media outlets continue to recognize the improvements that have been made at AU in recent months.
The Class of 2009's optimism in choosing to eat in TDR... We're glad to see the Terrace Dining Room hasn't scared away AU's new freshman. Even though we can't figure out if it's noodle salad or rice pudding, we still wish there were more seats!
No parking tickets this week... Thank you Public Safety for cutting us all a break this past week! We wish it could continue all semester.

The astronomical prices at the Eagles' Nest and the campus bookstore ... Are we the only ones that feel like we've spent a million dollars this past week trying to buy books and boxes of cereal? What happened to cutting college students a break?
Chick Filet and Jamba Juice taken off our meal plan options... When Chick Filet and Jamba Juice were taken off the meal plan options at the beginning of this semeste., How are these establishments expected to survive now that we can't use our meal plan points and do we really have to eat at TDR?
Could 2Fix be any slower?... We know it's a busy time of year, but come on. Some of us actually do have things we need fixed this century.
