Staff editorial: Had your break today?

For those of you students already sick of school and dreading midterms, cheer up! Fall break is only a few days away.

While some people, like acting-president Kerwin, do not see why college students would need a few days off, the rest of us know just how valuable those days are.

For freshmen, this is the first time many of them have been away from home. While being away from the parental units can be liberating, there still seems to be an irresistable lore of going home. Since college students never get enough sleep as it is, fall break is a great mental health aid.

Speaking of mental health, the Health Center now offers counseling for problems big and small. Students will be able to walk-in as well, so there is no red tape to negotiate. It would be nice if the center would be open on weekends, but this is a good start.

Hopefully students will be informed of these new options

Section 202 hosts Connor Sturniolo and Gabrielle McNamee are joined by fellow Eagle staff member and phenomenal sports photographer, Josh Markowitz. Follow along as they discuss the United Football League and the benefits it provides for the world of professional football.
