"Happy.Go.Lucky" is an award-winning play by Chicago-based playwright Tania Richard.Richard has appeared at Chicago's Goodman Theatre and Steppenwolf Theatre, and on Broadway.

Human Rights Defenders Speaker Series 12 - 1 p.m., WCL, room 401.

Justine Rukeba Mbabazi, WCL '04, will discuss her experiences as a survivor of the Rwandan genocide and her work as an advocate for women's and children's rights in Rwanda. Lunch will be served during the event, sponsored by the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

95th Washington Asia Forum: "Terrorism and Chinese Foreign Policy" 2 - 4 p.m., Mary Graydon Center, room 203.

Andrew Scobell, associate research professor in the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College, will lecture. An adjunct professor of political science at Dickinson College, Scobell's research interests include political and military affairs in the Asia-Pacific region.
