AU Eagles keep perfect 4-0 record

The AU Eagles women's soccer team registered another win on Sunday, defeating Buffalo 3-0 in the Niagara Fall Classic. The win was the Eagles' second of this weekend following a 2-1 advance over Niagara on Friday.

Sophomore Kelsey Brasher started the scoring for the Eagles in Friday's game against Niagara. It wasn't long until Niagara responded with a goal by Brittany Bisnott. Eagle forward Krystn Hodge registered the winning goal.

AU would take the lead early on Sunday against Buffalo, gaining all three of its goals within the first half of the game. Teammates Brasher, Hodge and Jess Cole each scored successively for the Eagles on Sunday, giving the team the 3-0 win against Buffalo.

The Eagles play its next game away against the Georgetown Hoyas on Wednesday.
