"Torture: What is the Bush Administration's Policy?" Noon for lunch, 12:20 p.m. for discussion WHERE: Kay Spiritual Life Center Lounge INFO: This part of the Table Talk Lunch Series will address the torture of prisoners. A buffet lunch will be served. Speakers include Devon Chafee, an associate attorney at Human Rights First, and Stephen Rickard, the director of the Washington Office Open Society Institute.
