I normally don't find myself reading opinion articles in "The Scene" section of The Eagle, but today I happened to shoot a glance at Jordan Coughenour's article this week. As my eyes moved down the page, I was appalled, disgusted and horrified at the same at what I saw.
In the article, Coughenour implies "Batman Forever" was a bad movie. Are you kidding me? "Batman Forever" is by far one of the best Batman movies of our generation. Val Kilmer is one of the best, if not the best, Batman to ever grace the silver screen. And does anyone not think Nicole Kidman is at her absolute prime in this movie!? Unbelievably attractive. Jim Carrey is hilarious and witty as the Riddler, and the movie's plot keeps the watcher entertained and intrigued throughout. Plus, give it some style points. The movie blends futuristic and classic all into one.
