Wednesday, Nov. 26 Community service - Everything ... But the Turkey 5:30-8:30 p.m. WHERE: District of Columbia Jewish Community Center, 1529 16th St. N.W. METRO: Dupont Circle (red line) INFO: Give disadvantaged D.C. residents something to be thankful for this year by preparing 10,000 Thanksgiving meals for residents of homeless shelters, transitional housing facilities and community kitchens.
