A Pennsylvania library has been closed for almost two weeks due to the smell from a skunk that may have gotten inside the library, the Associated Press reported.
Officials closed the Allensville branch of the Mifflin County library on Feb. 10 after the smell spread throughout the building.
Although the township hired a trapper to capture the skunk, the township's supervisor told the AP he does not believe the skunk was ever in the building. Instead, it was probably outside near a ventilation unit, he told the AP.
Library employees have been unable to get rid of the odor.
