Anderson Cooper tickets sell out in 15 seconds

The first round of tickets to Anderson Cooper’s “Wonk of the Year” ceremony sold out in 15 seconds last night. The event is free of charge for AU students.

“We are thrilled to see such a tremendous amount of interest in the Anderson Cooper event from the entire AU community,” KPU Director Chandler Thornton said in a press release.

Three additional rounds of free tickets will be distributed to undergraduate students online this week on:

  • Monday, Oct. 7 at 9 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 8:30 a.m.

Students who arranged family tickets for All-American Weekend can pick up their tickets with family members at the Mary Graydon Center on:

  • Friday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
