The Kennedy Political Union and School of Communication will host CNN anchor and chief Washington correspondent Jake Tapper on April 4.
Tapper joined CNN in January 2013 and his show, “The Lead with Jake Tapper,” debuted in March 2013. He currently hosts both “The Lead” and the channel’s flagship Sunday morning political show, “State of the Union.”
He worked with ABC News prior to joining CNN and was recently named one of three winners in 2017 for The Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Television Political Journalism.
The discussion will be moderated by AU Professor Jane Hall in the Malsi Doyle and Michael Forman Theater at 6:30 p.m.
