Concert Preview: Heather Mae

The pop artist will visit The Mansion at O Street on April 23

Queer indie-pop artist and Northern Virginia native Heather Mae will perform at The Mansion on O Street on Sunday, April 23. The singer-songwriter’s concert is being produced by students in AU’s Business and Entertainment program.

The powerhouse singer will perform her latest album “I AM ENOUGH,” a sharp, emotional album that Mae worked on with producer Mark Williams to redirect her sound from folksy and minimalist to indie-pop influenced.

The title track to her new album, “I Am Enough,” is an ode to body positivity and reimagines what society deems to be beautiful through her poignant, evocative lyrics.

Tickets for Mae’s show at The Mansion on O Street are available through The Mansion’s website and at the door for $20 or $10 with an AU ID.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 7:30 p.m. The Mansion on O Street is located at 2020 O St. NW, just off of DuPont Circle in Washington, DC.
