A bathroom stall on the Tenley Campus was set on fire on March 31 around 10 p.m., in what the AU Department of Public Safety called a “malicious burning.” No injuries were reported.
Student Government elections began April 2 for the next academic year. SG serves as the chief advocate for students to the administration. It also provides programming and seeks to create a sense of community among students on campus.

University officials said AU responded to the presence of a gunman on campus March 23 in a timely manner because they did not believe there was an ongoing threat to campus safety.
