I have a dirty secret. It's insidious and indecent, reprehensible and revolting. It's ... well, I suppose it's not that bad. Those attributions were more for color than anything else. To be concise, I basically take some sort of depraved enjoyment out of regularly perusing the Washington, D.

'Student of color' is exhibited at National Gallery

C?zanne was a student of color. Vibrant blues and intense greens are generously applied to the canvas, mainly through the use of a palette knife. Colors became such a focus for his works that he began blurring objects together in order to emphasize the color rather than the actual objects, thus making the paintings abstract.

Some people believe in love at first sight. Others only believe in lust at first sight. Some people think that first impressions are the most important. Others think that any negative or positive assumed upon a first meeting can be reversed over the time it takes to get to know someone.

Slap bass and a slice of history

Any sensible discourse on the jazz world begins with the Federal City. While jazz originally had its inceptions in the rugged, rural sounds of great Mississippi Delta bluesmen like Charley Patton and the wily riffs of Memphis's W.C. It's easy to stay on campus and watch ATV all night. It's easy to go to the Black Cat or the Malt Shop. It's easy to go see the plays at The Greenberg Theater that some lit professors count for extra credit. Well, the following things are easy to do, too - they just haven't been done to death yet.
