In his new film, "A Dirty Shame," Waters highlights sex - specifically sexual addiction, fetishes and the creation of an entirely new sex act. In a recent interview, Waters, a hilariously funny man, offered his thoughts on movie ratings, liberalism and, of course, sex.

The opening credits of British zombie comedy "Shaun of the Dead" feature typical people working tedious jobs. There's the checkout counter of the grocery store, and people waiting to ride the bus checking their cell phones. It seems as if Western culture has already been zombified.

'A Lo Latino' spices up Quad

Salsa dancing, chicken fajitas and "Chicano" are all things that Americans recognize as "Hispanic." Wednesday on the quad there was an opportunity to learn more. AU kicked off the beginning of National Hispanic Heritage Month with "A Lo Latino," a celebration on the Quad.

Vagrant Records

Vagrant recently released "Another Year on the Streets Vol. 3" and it's chock full of middle-class teen angst. The compilation features new and unreleased songs by the likes of experienced musicians Dashboard Confessional, Saves the Day, Paul Westerberg and the Get Up Kids as well as several relative newcomers to the emo-punk genre.

Sundays at the Georgetown Flea Market

It's the Georgetown Flea Market, popping up in the parking lot of Hardy Middle School at Wisconsin Avenue and 34th Street every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On sidewalks wide enough for a little early morning staggering, this bazaar of cheap and exotic fare is between 30 to 45 minutes walking distance from campus.
